Meet the Martinson’s…
“We are still pinching ourselves when we think about owning a place in Belize. It had always been a dream of ours to own a place on the ocean with a pool surrounded by great people and of course yummy food, we just didn’t think that it would happen so quickly…I blame it on turning the big 40 during the COVID crisis. I was going stir crazy and started researching the best places to travel, the best places to dive/snorkel, the safest places to travel with kids and of course warm weather etc… and Belize kept popping up and here we are. We purchased this amazing home site unseen in a country we had never visited. After we had owned it for a few months we got the opportunity to see it in person and it was better than we had imagined. The views, the cleanliness, the layout everything was perfect! We are so happy that we took a chance and can’t wait to share this lifestyle with our kiddos, Greyson (8) and Addison (6). We would love to share our place in paradise with you.”
The Martinson’s live just south of Seattle in a town called Maple Valley. Chris is an avid golfer and loves to fish. Brooke is a scuba diver and loves anything to do with the water and wine :). They have busy lives in the Pacific Northwest but hope to travel to Belize a few times a year moving forward. Their very active children keep them on their toes, Greyson and Addison LOVE the water, they are both fearless and can’t wait to see what a warm ocean feels like! Chris works for PACCAR a trucking company and assists drivers all over the country. Brooke is a real estate broker of over 22+ years and loves all things real estate. When asked what they enjoyed most about Belize, their reply was: ” We were finally able to relax!! We love the spacious veranda overlooking the ocean, napping in the hammocks, cooling off in the pool, best snorkeling ever and the fishing was amazing. We are still in awe that you can see the largest living barrier reef from our new home!!”
